About On The Level

We don’t do standard. We engineer solutions, manage the chaos, and build the things other crews walk away from.

At its core, On The Level LLC is built on a simple premise: whatever the project requires, we build the answer. Led by Oklahoma-based construction coordinator and fabricator Christopher Halladay, we specialize in custom fabrication, field logistics, and unconventional builds for film, television, museums, and experiential marketing. Christopher’s background is rooted in hands-on, high-stakes problem-solving. He has built a career out of being the person crews rely on when things go sideways, tools break, and solutions need to be engineered on the spot.

We don’t limit ourselves to a single medium or scale. From structural steel and custom carpentry to sculpted foam and masonry, the material always follows the design. For focused, one-off builds, Christopher executes the work hands-on. When the blueprint expands, we bring in the cavalry—leveraging a tight-knit network of master craftsmen to assemble the exact crew needed for large-scale installations.

From initial planning and material sourcing through site verification and final strike, we manage the execution without the bloat of a traditional agency. Standard projects have plenty of companies to choose from. We are here for the crazy, the custom, and the builds that defy the blueprint.

Trusted collaborators

The Heavy Hitters

There is no project too complex, because I never walk in alone. Behind On The Level is a hand-picked arsenal of elite craftsmen, specialists, and project leads. We are a tight-knit network of peers who hire each other, sub for each other, and build together. When a project throws an impossible problem at us, I assemble the exact firepower needed to surround it, beat it down, and own the execution.
